Victoria led a major project within Circle Housing Group’s care and support business, which provided care, support and assistive technology to more than 130,000 people across the UK. Her remit combined commercial growth, organisational transformation, technology innovation and board level governance.

She strengthened the organisation’s commercial approach across a diverse portfolio of services, securing significant new business while ensuring corporate and operational functions were configured to support sustainable growth.

Key achievements:

• Won £15 million of new annualised local authority contracts across domiciliary care, mental health and domestic violence services, strengthening both income and market reach.
• Led on the commercial due diligence for the acquisition of Prime Care community services, assessing strategic and commercial fit and supporting the acquisition process.
• Oversaw the commercial reconfiguration of HR, IT, operations and finance, aligning core business functions more effectively with service delivery, growth and commercial priorities.
• Project managed the transition from analogue telephone-based support to a new customer service data centre, harnessing emerging technologies to modernise customer support and strengthen service infrastructure.
• Worked across six boards, coordinating governance requirements and preparing papers to support effective board oversight, scrutiny and decision making.
• Helped create a stronger commercial culture, bringing together business development, operations, technology and corporate services around a clearer growth strategy.
