Victoria is a commercially driven strategist, founder and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across health, social care and the pharmaceutical sector. She combines commercial insight with deep sector knowledge to turn complex challenges into practical, measurable change.

Nicky develops data-driven film, visual intelligence systems and scalable learning platforms, translating complex public health research, lived experience and policy insight into accessible, engaging tools that help organisations inform, educate and mobilise audiences.
